First of all we thanks you all for your support,we got during last year 2009-2010.We are going to start this year with new and energetic committee.One core group meeting was held in Alakh Studies last Friday at 7 pm in Chair of Dr. M.B.Baxi and in the guidance of Dr. A.L.Jain Saheb

Present members in meeting were

• SHREE B.D.KUMAWAT

The core group made some good decisions

which are

• Smarika will come out within two month,new efforts should be done for it in gudance of of newly updated Advisory Board-2010
• New Session will beging with membership Abhiyaan: yearly membership fee is upgraded; Student Rs.30/-,Non Student Rs 500/-,
• This time Institutional membership is started in which institution can be member of SPIC MACAY  and will get all benefit of the movement.Fee will be Rs. 500/- yearly.
• The committee will work from 11 April:

1. New President Shree B.D.Kumawat,
2. New Chapter Coordinator Shree J.P.Bhatnagar
3. Vice President: Dr.R.K.Dasora
4. Treasurer:Dr.K.S.Kang

• Secretary will be delayered after few days,as the suitable candidates is not available this time.
• Smarika Committee will work with four members:are DR.AL.JAIN,ANURAG ZINDAL,DR.R.K.DASORA,DR.M.B.BAXI
• All the committee will work in coordination of Chairperson and Chapter coordinator
• The Advisory Board is revised to maintain the dignity,now total number of members are around 20 only.list will be announced soon. This members will help SPIC MACAY with Rs. 1000/- per year contribution and with good suggestions through Quarterly meeting.
