Reference: Proposal letter regarding coming concerts schedule of  SPIC MACAY.

           

First of all on behalf of SPIC MACAY Chittorgarh Chapter Committee, We would like to thank you and your institution for full co-operation during the last year 2009-10 in all the activities of our youth movement. We are going to start this year's activities from 15 April with modified chapter committee. We have planned some famous artiste for this April as we are celebrating World Dance Series-2010 firstly. The programs will be of Classical dances mostly in April month in all over India. We are giving the details of the artiste in this letter, if it is possible for you to take some artiste to perform for your institution, please revert back positively. If this time it will not be possible to have any concerts with you, as ever we also request to send students to our other program. We heartily welcome you to witness the rare concerts which are possible in Chittorgarh due to SPIC MACAY.

 

Although SPIC MACAY is spending much more on each concerts but we require Rs 9000/- per concert  from your side, only. It should be in favor of SPIC MACAY Chittorgarh. The details are

We hope you will see the matter and after discussion will reply us soon, or call us to meet personally to finalize the concerts. We also like to share with you that SPIC MACAY is going to organize its 25^th National Convention in Kanpur from 1 to 6 June in IIT. We are waiting for your reply.
