Your application for attending the 2nd International Convention at IIT-M, Chennai from 8th to 14th June 2014 is being processed by our Registration Team. You would be required to go through an interactive screening coordinated by the local coordinators from your State. Only after the consent from the State Coordinator, your participation in the International Convention would be confirmed. If you have not received any communication from any SPIC MACAY coordinator from your State, kindly contact any one of the coordinators nearest to you from your State. You may kindly click on the link below to get the contact details of the concerned coordinator from your State, who is nearest to you.
You are also advised to make the travel bookings by train to be on the safer side. This would help you from facing problems to get the confirm ed bookings later after you get an approval from your State Coordinator. You may book your tickets on the 1st day of the opening of the train reservations. The tickets for the train travel open 60 days before the travel date. You may like to check the trains, timings, availability, etc from www.erail.in
Similarly you can book the return tickets also. Once your participation is confirmed by the State Coordination Team, you would be required to reach by 10 am on 8th June 2014 and you cannot leave before 8 pm on 14th June. Hence, please book the trains accordingly.
